All registration fees are non-refundable, including scheduled payment plans. Should your plans change and you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee for a $50 fee up until the registration cutoff date. DivaDance HQ is not responsible for finding your replacement. Please contact DivaDance HQ via slaycation@divadancecompany.com and CC your replacement in the email. Once we collect their information and either receive their payment in full OR receive a deposit on their payment plan, you will be refunded less the $50 processing fee. Cancellation & Refund Policy

DEADLINE TO REGISTER OR TRANSFER A REGISTRATION IS MIDNIGHT CST on Sunday, August 20th.
All registration fees are non-refundable, including scheduled payment plans. Should your plans change and you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee for a $50 fee – until August 20, 2024. After this date, we are no longer able to accept new or transferred registrations due to hotel restrictions. DivaDance HQ is not responsible for finding your replacement. Please contact DivaDance HQ
via Email to notify us of your replacement along with their personal information that we request on the registration form. Once their payment is received in full, you will be refunded less the $50 processing fee. If you have any questions, please contact us via Email.
