LATE GENERAL REGISTRATION FORM
All registration fees are non-refundable, including scheduled payment plans. Should your plans change and you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee for a $50 fee up until the registration cutoff date. DivaDance HQ is not responsible for finding your replacement.
Please contact DivaDance HQ via Email and CC your replacement in the email. Once we collect their information and either receive their payment in full OR receive a deposit on their payment plan, you will be refunded less the $50 processing fee.
